Le Pavoncelle residence is located in the well-known town of Santa Teresa Gallura. It is set in a peaceful area at just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach of Rena Bianca and the town centre, with its picturesque main square surrounded by cafès, restaurants and colourful craft shops. From the modern marina it is possible to reach Corsica by ferry and the stunning archipelago of La Maddalena. The amazing Rena Bianca beach, characterised by fine, white sand and crystal clear sea, is just at 1.000 mts. The beach features beach umbrellas and sun loungers rentals and many diving centres. The flats are located in a small three-storey building and are functionally furnished. ***Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property (tel. +390789754975). Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival) UTILITY FEE: from 13.06 to 11.09 per person per day: € 10,00 adult; € 5 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. The price includes electricity, water, 1 set of bed linens per week. FINAL CLEANING: M2 € 70.00; B4 € 80.00. Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00. DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred.
