Residence Le Dimore di Budoni, located on the northeast coast of Sardinia, is located just 500 meters from the town center, and 300 meters from the beautiful Budoni beach, which can be easily reached on foot, or with one of the residence's bicycles, available to guests. The complex is surrounded by lush gardens and consists of one- and two-bedroom apartments designed for two, four, or six people. Functional and well furnished, they are equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette, TV, air conditioning, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and hair dryer, and can be located on the ground floor, with a private patio, or on the second floor with a comfortable terrace to enjoy the view of the greenery. For the little ones, there is also a playground. The reception is open every day from 9:00 to 13:00 pm and from 17:00 to 20:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance (T. +39 3888850521). Guests have to contact the reception office at this number to receive the KEY BOX code and thus collect the apartment key. In case of arrival after 20:00 without previous communication check-in is not guaranteed and an extra cost of 50.00 € could be charged. Guests' telephone number is also required in case of arrival after 20:00. COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival) UTILITY FEE: from 13.06 to 11.09 per person per day: € 10,00 adult; € 5,00 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. This fee covers gas, electricity, water, 1 set of bed and bath linens (bed and bath linens are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights). FINAL CLEANING: B4 € 80,00; T6 € 90,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of € 50,00 will be charged for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste.
