Set to reopen in 2015 after a complete and extensive reconstruction, the new hotel Kompas is a sophisticated 4-plus star hotel. The hotel boasts a fabulous seaside location ( pebbly beach ) overlooking Lapad beach and the Adriatic Sea right across the boardwalk, while being a short ride away from the historical centre. The hotel features 173 sophisticated bedrooms and suites with elegant décor and unique styling details. The new design includes significant upgrades to all the interior spaces of the hotel, creating a sophisticated, modern yet harmonious look. All 173 rooms and suites feature balconies, while some offer stunning sea views. The modern amenities include round-the-clock room service, flat screen TV with satellite and pay-per-view channels, luxury toiletries, mini bar and safety deposit box as well as free wifi throughout the hotel.The hotel boasts a restaurant and two bars. Dinner is either a la carte, or in case od half-board, its is served as a selection of menus to choose from. Refresh yourself with a drink at the Luna Bar, which is next to the beautiful outdoor swimming pool. The hotel also features a full service spa & wellness area with an indoor pool, fitness equipment and various body and facial treatments. City tax is payable by guest at hotel and may be subject to change depending on the Government’s decision. Cancellation will be accepted free of charge up to 72 hours prior to arrival.In the case of cancellation outside of the cancellation policy, hotel will charge your credit card for the full amount of reservation.In the case of no-show, the full amount of reservation will be charged.If the reservation is recognized as a part of a group booking (5 rooms or more), hotel preserves the right to apply non-refundable rate policy, which means: charge the credit card in advance and eliminate the possibility to change or cancel the reservation.

Restaurant

Hotel's main restaurant offers a combined experience of a rich choice of buffet breakfast, a-la-carte Croatian cuisine and a variety of international dishes. The lounge offers freshly prepared cocktails, fine wines and coffee on the seaside terrace.

Located on the top floor, this bar offers stunning views of the area, serving coffee and sweets, fine wines, cocktails and draught beers.
